To qualify for a refund under the SHINEE 60-Day Glow Promise, just follow these simple steps:

Use the product twice daily for at least 45 days
Take before and after photos in similar, natural lighting
Apply the soap as directed:
Lather, apply to target areas, leave on for 2–3 minutes, then rinse
Submit your refund request between day 45 and day 60 after delivery
Valid for first-time customers and one unit per household
Shipping costs are non-refundable

📸 What We’ll Ask For

To prevent abuse and keep our promise fair for everyone, you’ll be asked to provide:

Your order number
The email you used at checkout
Before and after photos
Confirmation that you followed the recommended usage
